Josh Manoharan: Renaissance Man

Josh is a licensed physical therapist (A.K.A. “physiotherapist”) who has worked in a variety of health settings (e.g. wellness centers, hospitals, outpatient clinics and nursing homes) giving him good exposure to the diversity of health and fitness levels in people of varied demographics. His private practice mostly involves adults with musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions. Also, several fitness and sports clubs engage him in their practices and games to minimize sports-related injuries or manage existing ones acquired from their recreational activities. He has also given a number of informative talks to advocate for his profession and promote awareness on health and wellness.

He is all scholarly and that but believe it or not, he has a right brain too! This Head Trainer and Resident Physio of F45 Philippines is also an artist. His interest in visual arts involve pencil sketching and watercolor painting. He was casted in five shortfilms to date and ocassionally appears in the background of some of your local primetime TV shows. He used to sing for their college acoustic group called Iliotibial Band (a punny name from one of the major muscles of the hip). And lastly, his Filipino-Sri Lankan features qualified him to strut the fashion runway too.

He has really big life goals but he won’t tell you any of them until it’s done. He is cool like that.
